It is for general information only.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The official plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions, insurance contracts and policies, govern your benefits. If anything on this site differs from the plan documents, the plan documents control.<\/li>\n<li>Maker\u2019s Pride may change, amend or end any benefit plan at any time, as permitted by law and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Nothing on this site is a guarantee of benefits, a contract of employment, or a promise of continued employment.<\/li>\n<li>You make your benefit elections in Dayforce. It knows your group, but not your name or Employee ID.<\/li>\n<li>Chip can make mistakes. Always confirm important details in your plan documents or with the benefits team or carrier before making a decision.<\/li>\n<li>Chip does not give medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not recommend which plan to choose.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not share personal health information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal details with Chip.<\/li>\n<li>Questions and answers may be logged so the benefits team can improve the site. Logs are kept for no more than 90 days.<\/li>\n<li>Chip\u2019s answers are produced by an AI service provider under contract. Your questions are not used to train AI models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Translations<\/h3>\n<p>This site and Chip are available in several languages through automated machine translation. Translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors. This lets the site show the benefits for your employee group. You do not need to create an account.<\/li>\n<li>The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in. Your sign-in ends after one hour, when you sign out, or when you close your browser.<\/li>\n<li>We measure how the site is used, such as pages visited, employee group and language, with an analytics tool run by Maker\u2019s Pride\u2019s benefits consultant. It does not use cookies. It does not record your name, your Employee ID or what you ask Chip, and IP addresses are shortened so they can\u2019t identify you.<\/li>\n<li>Chip does not use cookies or tracking technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Your benefits records are held by Maker\u2019s Pride, Dayforce and the plan carriers, not by this site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Links to other websites<\/h3>\n<p>This site links to websites run by others, such as insurance carriers and Dayforce.
